Just to let everyone know that if you do sell a board and take it to the depot it must now be wrapped in Cardboard.
Recently sold a couple of boards, took one to the depot, the board already had a layer of bubble wrap, Thick card on the nose and tail and on the rails, then was put into a 10mm Pryde travel bag, which was then wrapped in Cling wrap and labeled. Soon as I took it out of the van they told me they couldn't accept it like that and I needed to wrap the whole thing in card.
There was another bloke there with a paddle board who was told the same thing.
Just letting everyone know.

I'm surprised you ever got away with it, couriers have said everything must be boxed, for quite a long while now. I pack as per factory, then a second box as they still seem to pierce the outside one somehow....
As the cubic volume affects price more than the weight for our light items, a double pack costs no more

Definitely plus 1 on double card, down in Miami they like to run the forklift forks into shipping boxes!, on a lightweight box with a windsurfing board in it the fork will only punch completely through the first layer of card.
