If reactor is broken totally ,Wind direction is key point. Tokyo is power cut opteration.

It is a fire this morning in nuclear reactor 4. However, cannot extinguish a fire. Of the emission is high-level.The water of the fuel rod pool decreases. appeared among air.
So pour water by a helicopter from the top.The pump was broken.

My niece is in Tokyo on a working/study holiday, safe and accounted for but is reluctant to come back to Oz apparently, she wants to stay and help where she can. She loves Japan and its people.
