Adjustable height on the spreader bar with a mid strap.
You can have the hook low for slalom or high for waves.

O - I know the answer to this one - I figured it out today when I saw my reflection in a car window.

Seat Harness - gut hangs over the top of the hook.

Waiste Harnes - gut hungs out under the hook.

The rest is choice!

Get a Neil Pryde impact vest harness Dave, the vest has a cummerbung to keep your guts in place so you don't get a hernia out windsurfing. It gives you a safe and secure feeling as well as giving a fair bit of floatation. It has a quick release harness bar too, similar to ski boot bindings. Only downer is it doesn't have a pocket for keys. I'm going to get a sailmaker to put in a pocket for me.
