I like the fact that it's more than just the water action but it makes me think…Our lives are complex and unsustainable and theirs are probably happier and definitely less harmful to the planet.

Yeah pretty good vid, production values were off the chain, beautifully shot and in HD it looked incredible Highlights were the barefoot skiing/water walking and the kite loops, everything else I found a bit boring; there are only so many times you can watch a dude hanging from and rope spin, or small variation thereof.

Not sure anyone can answer this here but why haven't the freestyle kite tricks progressed into the waves like they have in windsurfing? Is it a function of how they are done making it not realistic with kites? I ask because wave-kiting seems these days to be dominated by strapless riding which to me seems a bit pointless because at the end of the day it's just sub-standard surfing when compared to the best in that game. Imagine dudes busting kite loops off the lip etc (if possible), that would be epic.

I enjoyed the kiteloops, but the rest of the action wasn't that interesting to be honest. But then I feel the same about slalom racing , its probably a lot more fun to do then than watch. Some pretty cool effects thou.

One of the first things I noticed was they spelt 'off road', 'of road'. It kind of bugged me and was despite all the $$ spent in post production. Professional writing training at work has turned me into a spelling/grammar nazi lol.
