We are planning to come to WA from New Zealand for a windsurfing holiday in Jan next year but can't find a car hire company that will rent to under 21's. I was wondering if anyone knows of a smaller company that might be willing to rent to two 19 year olds?

try wicked camper vans?
see a lot of young backpackers in them,, the old hiace vans and delicas with custom street spray jobs.
I think they may have been an NZ company originally?
Failing that buy a banger.

I noticed in looking at the site that the minimum age for that particular model campervan is 18 yo, but it aint cheap at $115 a day (I think). Any other model or car it seems you have to be 21 and over.
Then again, if you are going to have to pay for accommodation anyway, it may be worthwhile.
