You better start telling people how you broke your back. Also a good idea to climb up and down hills at the steepest places and keep telling everyone how your dad told you to use your legs when climbing.

Find the most disgusting you can think of to eat or drink and hold it down long enough to tell everyone how consuming such things could be the difference between life and death before you vomit.
