Looks like nw wind for this arvo. We generally meet somewhere near the north kirra surf life saving club and launch somehwere near the flags just in front of the club. I think wave and swell conditions are fairly dinky for today

might see you there

Hey Haircut,

What was the wind like today? I was watching the coolangatta graph, and it looked very light, even had a shift to southerly about 1pm...

If the wind's good tomorrow then I'm up for a sail, what places are good in a SW? Kirra? Shearwater?

false alarm, wasn't even close to sailable, and the wierd SSE direction

Nebs, wello is about the best for SW and conditions anything remotely like the shearwater, or head south into NSW beaches near balina etc. Sheawater is still ok with ssw, but sw is too west and not good. I still reckon wello is failsafe if there is any wind from any westish direction.
