After being getting my back foot stuck in the strap and getting dragged along in the whitewater once too often I reckon I need to get some ankle support.
It's not the result of one specific wipeout, more a gradual process of lots of little crashes which has done the damage.

I'm sure there are plenty of people out there who've done similar so can anybody recommend a type/brand of ankle support which can keep my ankle from getting any worse???
