The GTC is the gpsteamchallenge.com.au , it is an informal windsurfing competition that has evolved beyond peoples expectations.

I would encourage all of you to join, not to get into speedsailing, or become fantatical about gps, but as a way of joining the windsurfing community where it is growing at its biggest numbers.

When you form a team, or join a team, it becomes a defacto windsurfing club and you get to meet more people, windsurf more often, improve, you get to develop a windsurfing blog, have access to a data base, get a ranking, win prizes which are randomly drawn, it's free, and none of the formal obligations that go with being a club member are involved.

We have 254 registrants Australia Wide, and about 30 teams from each state and territory except the NT. It's free to join, and summers starting up, a great time to join. You can take it as seriously as you want, from just fun and social, to highly competitive!! Women kids and juniors are most welcome, we have p[lenty already, but want more.
