I only have 4m masts and don't want to buy a 430, but I need a bigger sail (5.5 - 5.7). What's the limit as far as sails this size fitting on a 4m? My 5.1 fits ok, but not sure how much bigger I can go.

Naish Boxer 5.8 suits a 400 mast. Other sails will have a longer luff, depends how much extension you can get away with.

5.4 Neil Pryde Alpha fits on a 400 mast.
The problem you will find with larger sails on on 400 masts is that they are either very top heavy (Naish Boxer) or become somewhat soft due to the length of extension (Neil Pryde Alpha).
Still both sails are a good compromise if you don't want to buy extra masts. FYI, in my experience the difference between 5.4 and 5.7 isn't that great. Especially when you talk power wave sails.

I got one last year, and it feels lighter than my NP 5.0 Insane performance for a big sail on a 400 mast.
