I managed to get a 30min session from 5:30 till 6.

5.0 completely flapping in the head.

Hmmm at your weight and the 86L Fish it would have been a nightmare for you Jords
I use my 86L Fish in 15-18knots and because of the 43cm wide tail I gotta get on my smaller board.
In 25-33knots I still find the 70L Evo a handful

Does it having the barb wire type paint job around edge... silver in colour with yellow stripe run down centre of deck ? If so this is 2001 model board

This was very good board... you must just be taking the JP fin it came with and using for throwing at people try breaking into your car or for throwing at kite boarder wearing of the shorts over wet suit.
If you venture to WA maybe keeping of this fin for hitting of waveslave, you can not be missing of him, short man, big ears and very angry.

This fin is no good for anything in water... you getting a nice MFC or equivilant wave fin and this board will be making much big smiling for you for sure yar
