The first trip I made to corros I wrote in the orange dust on the back window of my wagon...

December you will get wind if the temp doesnt get 40 plus and I doubt there would be 6 foot waves? Your more likely to encounter 6 inch waves and 6000 people out

Salty

if u r average weight and on wave gear, 4.0 - 5.3 would be it for Dec.
Maybe the off 3.7 day if u r light, and if u r fat like me, now and then you'd drag out a 90L and 5.7.

Just to give you an idea of what it's like you have about 1 to 2 km of reef breaks to sail, i drove a little away from mains, to where the longest part of the reef is, and I did 11 jumps on the way out my previous record at mains was 6 jumps on the way out.

It's a majic place. Probably the most consistent waves and wind in Oz, except for maybe the big Nasty, but I don't know that place very well. The photo of me you see jumping was taken at Corro's this easter!!!

Not here dude, maxed out on 5.6 today and I'm a fat fella
5.3 would have been easy for me, so really 5.0 for the average punter

when have we ever seen good, proper solid seabreezes in late April????? WTF

You will love it up there, last year I travelled to Maui and WA. I reckon Corros is better than a lot of spots in Maui!!

Okay a 4.2 is easy to get. Is the road to Corrs still a dirt track or pathed. Hire car spotters apparently dob you in for driving there.
