The 2nd Wind Sailboards Safety Bay Windsurfing Classic will be run on Saturday
the 10th of December. The Safety Bay Windsurfing Classic is a marathon event
held in Warnbro Sound and last years event attracted 60 competitors across the
six categories. There are heaps of prizes up for grabs across all categories
and a presentation dinner will be held in the Waikiki Hotel on Saturday evening.
Slalom racing will be run on Sunday for those with enough energy left after
the marathon.

The race starts from the Port Kennedy Resort Carpark and finishes on the beach
in front of the Waikiki Hotel. Registration and scrutineering will be held in
the Port Kennedy Resort carpark before the event. Registration closes at 12:30pm
and entry forms will be available on the day.

All entrants must be members of either Safety Bay Windsurfing Club or
Windsurfing Western Australia (WWA). Membership forms will be available on
the day.

If there is insufficient wind on Saturday the Marathon will be run on Sunday
and the slalom racing will be cancelled.

You may register in a single category for which you are eligible. The following
categories are available:
Novices
Juniors (under 18)
Women
Open
Masters (over 35)
Grand Masters (over 45)
