Hey just wanted to bring it to the attention of local/non local surfers of the south coast of wa. Me im not local, im in rockingham. Generally my trips down south are limited for 1) I dont need to go south during winter coz we have some good waves on offer (summer however is a different storey) 2) the behavior from surfers from down south is pretty aerage. now whenever I go surfing I wont paddle out and try catch the first wave that rolls threw, ille generally wait my turn and exspect the same. I wont hastle and say "you gona go mate" when the wave pops its gead on the horizon. If its your go its your go and ille just sit there. I think generally this should be the attitude of most surferd but unfortunatly now days isnt like that. (The introduction of certain crafts) anyway to the point ide just like to shout out tothe 5 or so guys thats were out there locals and non locals that I had an epic surf, Iit was pumping, there was no hasttling and everyone knew who was were in the que. Hastle free surfing at its best. So I just wanna shout out to them guys if your amoungst the forums.. cheers! If you are in the forum fling me an inbox and maybe we can go for another surf! Yeeew

That's how I like my surfs. Wait your turn, don't snake, don't hassle, don't drop in, and if someone's been waiting a while, let them have the first option of the wave.

This is is why I won't surf Trigg or Scarbs any more as most of the people out are a bunch of twats with no consideration for anyone else.

That sounds like any spot with more than 10 in the take off area!

A friendly vibe will elevate any surf to a new level. Glad you got your share of waves

That is one wave where it has to be take it in turns

Seen a few times where someone new to the spot tries to snake and hassle and generally reults in them ending up on a dry rock dealing with the surge

Ha ha yeah it's a bit like that, you see that one bloke out and go 'ahhhh fark' ha ha

I have had some awesome sessions with a fair few out but the vibe was good and everyone chatting, silent line ups are no good.

Agreed, silence feels like everyone is on edge. Talking just relaxes everyone and any tension fades... But there's still always one! The other day this ONE didn't even have a leggy and just total menace to everyone
