I saw a afterburner and a webbershort board. The afterburner was listed as a fish, to me they looked like the same board. Is this what they call a fish these days?

It was explained to me that the afterburner is more of a big guys shortboard what ever that means.

My mate rides an afterburner and he's a fat bastard.

The afterburner and fatburner are boards designed for beginners to intermediates, for guys like myself coming down from a mini-mal to a short board and for larger blokes.

i've got a 6 6 after burner
been surfing 20+ years, 85kg,
use h2 fins
ride the aburner in everything from 1 ft scabs to 4-6 foot g'loo, jakes and strikko's
could say anything bad at all, handles it all
i like a bit of extra width the aburner offers but its still thin enough to perform well enough for me - given i'm no light weight nor pro
tuflite very durable, still looking newish after 3 years
webber knows his stuff
