anyone surfed a softboard shape like these mainly looking at for kiting to not die with a leash but interested to see how they surf normally if anyone has tried? Has fcs system..

My 8 y o son got similar soft board 5'5, different brand. Its way to small for me to surf on, even though this thing is thick as.
I am 83 kg and my all rounder 6'4-9 1/5-2 5/8

no worries thanks, there is a 6'6 one but probably wont be great will just use a regular surfboard and no leash. anyone ridden a softtop that felt ok? or they shocking they seem to have developed a bit with stringers and fcs and the shapes looking better

Yeah, my boys have got a softy that does quite well. Floats me no worries, but grip is a problem. Haven't seen one here, but you'll know a good one when you see it.

Perfect for for between the flags
