Yea Bali is cheap, but Rotto is fun but not like it used to be.
one of my mates is staying in margaret river he calls it marked up river
I guess any tourist spot is going to cop it we take heaps of our own stuff we go to Rotto and try and do things on the cheap, the ferry is still expensive tho.
