How many boards were you thinking of taking?

straight out front of Ramada is Kuta reef, and right over on left is airports left. 2 breaks in between are middles and 2nd reef.
You can paddle to kuta reef if you really want but its easier to get a boat.
There is a family who run 2-3 boats straight out from in front of Ramada and are pretty friendly. Cost you about $5 for a boat ride out and pick up, more if you want them to stay there with you and wait. They're also happy to take you to Uluwatu via boat, takes about 30+ mins and can check all the breaks on the way.
Ramada also posts tide times on a black board above the pool toilets which is helpful.
