i dont know, im near lano and the graphs reckon 2m:( lets hope nxt week looks better. anyone here reckon well get anything other than alot of rain. would fill the river up...

Nah we never get any swell from cyclones, maybe alby in the 70/80s that went through to the southwest. can anyone remember or have ever seen a true west or northwest swell?

coming to think anout it, not recently only south- wonder what other setups would work on the coast with a n swell

When you consider all our swell comes from the southwest ( southern ocean) I can't really imagine what would create true westnorthwest, or northwest swell - possibly only a good cyclone. But my guess is that if ever we got a real northwest swell of say 4 + metres , then we would see some outrageous waves along this coast.
