In another post I wrote "give em one of your old ones so that you can justify buying your self a new one". I've tried it, don't do it, it ends in tears (generally yours).

I got my misses a Walden Wahine last x-mas, she loves it they've got floral paterns and the one I got her even had glitter in the flow coat. Nice and girly, it's easy to paddle (it's a mal).

Word of caution if you buy her a mal get a bag with a shoulder strap for it as her arm won't fit around the board to carry it plus it's easier to carry 2 boards if ones in a bag. Yes I'm a sook but I know which side my breads buttered on

HAha spot on crazy, I can relate to this.

To keep the "winge" factor at low levels and make it easier for her I'd be lookin for a nice cheap mal. I got a surf betty 7'6 mini mall (for my chick)with a pink girly print for around $500 i think.
