any shaper worth their planer will tell you tail lift is where its at.
excess nose rocker is mostly pshycological and eats up precious board planning length.

Ah DL, good to see ya back mate. Yes on the east cost I wouldnt think you would need that much nose rocker but down south its a good thing. On my mid range board the tail has a bit of curve but its very straight compared to my smaller wave boards. Doc ya gotta crawl b4 u can walk
