How does your rocker ie bottom curve relate to you.

Weight - Height - Skill level ect. Discuss..

I like a flatish rocker with fair bit of curve at the nose.

nose rocker....?

you serious...?

any shaper worth their planer will tell you tail lift is where its at.

excess nose rocker is mostly pshycological and eats up precious board planning length.

do you turn off your nose...?

no, you turn off your tail

Yes you are right in saying that and my quad has heaps of tail rocker. My 6,5 is a bit straight in the tail but it still feels nice.

oh hai. I see you are from the east coast.

Go surf a WA reef break in a big swell and see how you go with no nose rocker

Ah DL, good to see ya back mate. Yes on the east cost I wouldnt think you would need that much nose rocker but down south its a good thing.
On my mid range board the tail has a bit of curve but its very straight compared to my smaller wave boards. Doc ya gotta crawl b4 u can walk
