A fin-cut to the leggie doesn't have to be the end of a good sesh. ^^^

All you need is a piece of string.

Kite line would be ideal.

Lol, I'd like to see anyone wind a leggie that tight.

The best attempt i've seen of a repaired leggie ended up with it washing onto the rocks, which carefully removed a fin from the board.

pretty good impersination of barbed wire, seriously good effort. prefer a spare in the car though

Get a lighter and melt the end together, best way I have found.

I found a snapped leggie at mettams the other week. Took it home, undid the connections with my fin key, hacksawed the end off the board-end connection so it would fit onto another leggie I had that had the board-end connection broken. Just had to take a few mm off to get the screw holes to line up.

Frankenstiened two different leggies together to make another spare
Which is handy because I have a habit of going through them pretty quickly and they aren't exactly cheap.

Ive got a few franken leggies as well but I do it because I like a certain type of ankle cuff. I think the cuff is squid the cord is creatures and the rail saver is daknine

its amazing how strong it can be if you melt the ends with a lighter and roll the molten eurethane with out burning your fingers!!
over the gas stove then under the tap works pretty good to!!

I don't think Dave sells lighters or gas burners. Try a camping store
