To avoid being flamed, I sent you a private message re Derrs. Let me know if you don't get it.
It's a bit more of a drive and a long paddle out, but King Edward Island/Hole in the Wall and even the Back Beach at Lancelin are all reliable and get roughly double the size swell as Perth. In that first link I sent you, have a look at the Lancelin info.
If you have access to a boat there are a couple of spots North of Hillarys as well.
Why North? There are spots North and South of Mandurah lot quicker for you down the freeway from Como.
