i just bought a Nev 6'6 and i don't know what fcs fins would suit it for small surf as im just starting out...

Hay Stig,
I've got a set of glass PC5's, think they are, on my 6'6 to try a get it a bit looser on smaller ones, throw the tail a bit easier.
real sharp but, lost a bit of skin from them

If you're just starting out just the standard G5's are cheap and will keep the board more stable, or if you don't want the board a bit looser and don't want to spend too much money the G3000's are a bit smaller and will loosen the board up.
