I don't have much on this weekend and it's the best opportunity for me to get away from Perth for a weekend of waves before xmas. Offshores are forecast in the mornings for the southwest but there's bugger all swell.
Whatdayareckon, any waves down south this w'end? 1.4m of swell. My benchmark is normally 1.5-2.0m but it's been 2 weeks, and I'm hangin for a wave.
So how did the week-end go with your trip down south?Or did you bar it?? With 1.4 m of swell quite a few options spring to mind; Baby Bears,(even Windmills-Other side O/T Moon),Guillotines,Big Rock,Lefties would be like a sardine can,ESPECIALLY on a week-end,maybe the other breaks,Cobs,Noisies etc,or the further south beachies,Contos,Booranup etc
Yeah I went and got plenty of waves. Surfed the swell magnets around Gracetown and it was surprisingly consistent. Will post a couple of photos while I'm at work tomorrow if I get a chance.
My folks live on the Gold Coast and I'm heading there for a few days over Christmas. Some Nth NSW beachies would be good.

Yeah, you should be saying the spot 1/2 hour from joondalup thats off road and starts with "D". Or the place next to the point thats near the marina thats close to the boat ramp opposite the deli up the road from Macca's!!! HA HA HA Sorry could't resist.....
