Seem to cover you for as much as the others re medical, evacuation and loss of gear etc

Spoke to a guy at work yesterday who had 3 months off work for tearing the ligament from his bicep while skiing in Japan.

He flew back to Oz a couple days after the incident for surgery.

Even though he had the ski cover he was knocked back from making a claim because the surgery can only be claimed if it was done in the country of the accident.

He said most insurers had this policy.
