You can't have dogs at secret harbour - the rangers have been fining people of late. If you're talking about the carpark further north its always closing out. Basically if its good there, everywhere else will be smoking!
Yeah JB old Surf Beach or Anstey as some called it. The freeway only went as far as South Street. Heading into the old crappy car park along that limestone track from the main road, park up and walk south to the best bank. If you were lucky enough to have a 4wd you could drive along the beach.
