A broke down melody
The Drifter (decent soundtrack)

I got all mine on torrents, but I've started buying them when I see them up for sale.

Most surf shops would have September Sessions.
Basically, my favourite films are the ones shot by Jack Johnson. ie: thicker than water, september sessions and brokedown melody.

He shoots everything on 16mm bolex cameras, is an experienced film maker and all the films he seams to work on (with Woodshed films) are edited together by skilled artists and tend to have really good chilled out soundtracks and a nice mood.

Northshore is a classic for 'acting' too . Occy, Page n Laird Hamiltonis r a riot as is the idea of a wave pool comp winner from arizona qualifing for Pipeline, some qwalitee editing too

Float is a goodie, Shane Dorians Profile 'Blueprint' is one of my all time faves,
Bunyip dreaming and The green iguana are both classics.
Mick Fannings Me Myself and Eugene is pretty good too. ASL had a couple of good ones over the years aswell, like the Highway and cancer to capricorn.

What about ones with that classical surfy feel. Like going on a roadtrip and finding surf break type of dvd's? Only one I have is Castles in a sky (I'd recommend even if it's just for the different places Rob Machado and co go to to surf).

Just don't find these modern day ones with the heavy rock songs blasting that good viewing even if the surf is good.

Does anyone know the movie? It was from maybe 25 years ago and had people like MR , rabbit and TC, was a bit of a s****y type of thing and they were riding pushy's in speed up motion down a big grassy hill. Also think they surfed the farm?

Sorry sounds sketchy but have wanted to find it again..

Scotty, I think I remember this one as a grom. Think it was called The Performers made in 83-84 with heaps of solid pipe in it. Also had Kong's island at the start of it. Sick movie
Lost this one many years ago to the evil tape chewing monster
Also lost another one to the tape monster years ago called Rubber Soul, it was one of Rip Curl's first movies made in around 80-81 ? It had some footage of BIG vicco and Simon Anderson's Big day at Bells on his Thruster
Even rang Rip Curl years ago but they couldn't help me out

Also like Mad Wax, Any of the Billabong movies by Jack McCoy, Bunyup Dreamin, SicJoy, Green Iguana, Sons of fun, The Challange series, Free as a Dog ( Parko )

Always good for Rainy onshore days
