Here's a good topic for intelligent and enlightening comment.
What's a really good diet for surfers ?
Here's mine : Breakfast : 2 deep fried Mars Bars followed by 4 rounds of toasted raisin bread and lots of vegemite, 2 bowls of spaghetti no sauce, 2 almonds, and a bag of licorice all sorts.
Lunch : a bag of cobbers, 4 chocolate coated ants, and 8 poached eggs.
Dinner : fish.
Midnight snack : smoked porklets on Rye.

How about head high barrels for breakfast, perfect beach breaks for lunch and some gnarly take offs on a 200 metre left hand point break in the desert
Yum

A counter meal and a coupla beers for lunch over lookin the surf!

sucky low tide reef action all arvo then back to the nest with the boys for a bbq and a few rums. Maybee another furr burger for desert!

Greenroom , while we are on the subject of delicious foods etc,
a little while ago I paddled over to Penguin Island at Safety Bay to see if there were any waves over there. Anyway, no waves but there's a quaint little cafe restaurant on the island selling light lunches. They have a delicious meat and pasta dish which they call " Penguini ".

oh yes ! You've heard of course how much more tastier the meat is when it's young.
This cafe restaurant chooses only it's very youngest baby penguins for this particular dish.
I would urge you to try it. ...

Just after you have sat down at a table to enjoy an alfresco style penguini dish, does this cafe restaurant hunt down and club to death these so called baby penguins right before your eyes?
Nice
