I'm looking for an "inside the barrel looking out" design for a tattoo

Hi Pooman, i am also looking for something that sounds very similar. I have tried looking all over the internet for some good designs for quite a while now with out any luck. Also can anyone reccomend a good tattooist in Perth northern suburbs and what sort of rates do they charge.

Most people I see with tattoo's I see as either victims, people who are confused about cool or just plain thugs.

Yes I am perfect thanks for noticing. This meaningless 'caricature' will look good in the photos of me on my already booked surf trips. It may also be a present to myself for the already numerous amounts of money and time donated to worthy causes.
