Hi Guys,

Anyone know how much UV light or little UV is actually required to set the solar res??
Obviously fine in summer, but what about winter?

If a shadow can be cast then it will work. It may just take a little longer.

Yep, works best at mid day in direct sunlight.

Yep, just look at the UV index and think of it as the speed index.

Does it need constant UV? Or few minutes to get the ball rolling and then you can put it in the dark?

sun needs to penetrate right through the laminate or else it will not go off underneath...so leave it till you are sure its fully gelled

Arkgee, it gels in seconds in the sun! Does that mean you can then move into the dark and it will keep setting?
