Im not looking at anything to major, but im just wondering if anyone has any suggestions when im using solez in small jobs, it seems almost impossible to get it the first time with out a small air bubble in at least one spot. I try and fill it from top to bottom, have tried the other way also but no matter how i do it it always has a small bubble

I do also use clear plastic and put that over the repair as it makes for less sanding, could that be causing my issue

Any tips would be appreciated..

Yea mate lol

Apart from temporary fixes up north I have given up on it and go old school resin and glass. Much better bond and no air bubbles.

I used glad wrap over the top to get it nice and smooth / shape and control air bubbles then sand off when dry
