Watch out at Scaborough Beach,old dodgey bloke checking car doors around carpark,saw him suss crew and then went and tried there car door-asked him WTF,he soon took off! thats the second time now,informed the cops!

I think I know the bloke your talking about. Its his line of work to steal. As soon as you see the bloke call the cops. He reckons he steals all summer then gets put in the can for winter. Sounds like he is out for the summer. Old bloke looks a bit beaten around the edges and hangs out at the pizza shop up the street.

does he have a grey beard, wears old red tracky pants, and either no shoes or thongs?
theres quite a few old scaley looking guys walking around scarbs...I can think of a few I see regularly.

I noticed that guy has started to hang out around the busstop with all the other lowbreeds. If I see anything suss i'll try to film him so they can lock him straight up again.

There is a whole crew of hobos down there that come out of their shell every summer.
Ive seen the trolley lady pushing a chokas trolley up scarborough beach road in the middle of summer swearing and cursing the whole way ha ha
