Hey mates, just looking for the guy who snapped pics of this past Saturday (28th) at eggies down Wannanup area. Was in the arvo. My mate was talking to the fella who snapped some pics from the lookout, with a decent lens, of me and one other dude eating **** in the close outs LOL! My mate said he was from Silver Sands area I think......just curious to see the photos, I'm assuming to laugh at, but hey......prolly a dead end, but hey. My Avatar was taken just before I paddled out......1-50 prolly looked like this.

Thanks mate. I'll have an ask there too....apparently my mate said there was an alright one, not sure why he didn't grab it for me LOL! I think the photo sounds a bit misleading though.........that is, apparently it shows a decent bottom turn and a solid face of the wave in front, but it shut down shortly thereafter. I was on the wrong equipment, needed a longer board with more rocker. A few would have been makeable for sure.......but I emphasise only a few. I pretty much only surf eggies across to the point, close out or otherwise. I really should stop being so lazy......??

No luck mate. All I know is he was a silver hair fella maybe from silver sands LOL! I think it's destined for the cold case files with only this type of description!? :)

Might either be a bloke called Bruce Ellis, but he's not silver haired or there's a guy called Terry not sure of his last name.

Thanks mate. Wouldn't have been him. I misunderstood my mate. I just talked him and it was a grey haired dude from he thinks silver sands, but it was not taken with a great camera, but a mobile with a great lens. Or at least he said the mobile took a real clean decent pic. Sorry for the wild goose chase........as I said I would make a **** detective-I'm pretty sketchy with the details ??
