Bad analogy. It's like me using triangle and you saying "triangle is incorrect - it should be called a polygon with three vertices. Everyone should change because triangle doesn't make sense to me." Except "triangle" is the common nomenclature.
My point is, surfers who know what's up all use one, widely understood system (except Americans, kooks and non-surfers). It might be incorrect to you, but it's the status quo. If you don't want to use it, that's your prerogative but it's not what magazines, movies, pro surfers, non-pro surfers, etc, etc in Australia and Hawaii (pretty sure SE Asia, Sth Africa according to Jordy, not sure about Europe) all use. You can keep attacking me, but I'm trying to help you out PP. If I were you and you just can't bring yourself to use the nonsensical "surfing feet" system, I'd use the "relative to body" system. But here in Australia, I'd never use the American system that you advocate.
I couldn't care less what KS does, in fact I've never really been partial to what he does and I don't like some aspects of his surfing. Although I do like that because of his influence people are willing to think of alternatives to the regular HPSB thruster.

I think your sarcasm meter is broken, might want to get it checked out.
