I'm trying to pick up a decent second hand 6'2" (x 18.5 x 2.5 thereabouts) to take to south america. I dont want to take my normal shorties as I will probably end up leaving this one there.
Can anyone recommend a good spot to check out some decent second hand boards?
The usual shops in scarbs didnt have much and I couldnt find anything down south over summer.
Looking to spend up to $350. Not much on seabreeze forum that sparked my interest.
Try Katana in Osborne Park - many of the guys that use his boards trade up fairly regularly (my mate does every 12 months). Give them a call, ask for Dave.

That really does'nt say much for Katana
A lot of places wont trade his boards, dunno why. In saying that his boards are everywhere so they cant be bad boards, so whats the deal?? Ive seen a few new Katanna boards and the quality looks fine to me, probly better than alot of Rustys that I have seen.
But there's no surf in WA [;) some random guy's on seabreeze keep saying
Mac,mac,mac..... but gettin some canetoads though, any chance of keeping control of `em, their sneakin though mate, allready had one invasion of Qlders before, ..
