i don't know your situation fester, but i hope people don't start stooping to this - there is going to be pain in many countries the likes of which we probably haven't ever seen. tryign to destroy their reputation online in unprecendented times seems a bit spiteful.
I like the credit or voucher approach, and if it doesn't improve within 12 months, c'est la vie to your $ and wish them the best as they will probably still be on teh brink of closing doors, and we will probably be doing fundraisers to help our indo friends and others by the end of all this...
