loner - i go down south every 2nd or 3rd weekend over summer, my bro has 3 acres with a house/shed on it in yal's so i camp upstairs on a mattress.
not sure about taking my boards etc down tho coz i drive a bloody skyline, usually when thats the case i throw in a leash or somthin and i'd borrow one of his spare boards haha..
anyway, any luck with finding someone to head south with..
seems everyone does these days i notice how packed the beaches are gettin and it's scary.

bakes 11 ..May many tubular barrells find you within their core this summer.
Since my last post some tiime ago I have not returned to check replies but for once
when there were none. I'd given up on the Southern sojourn concept but you give me renewed hope. ..

My dear old van which has been my faithful frend for some years now and which adourned with it's colorful late 60's interior design including Jimi Hendrix posters, etc, some of my old band shots, a comfortable foldabed which I got free on the side of the road along with my bw television set,
$5 lamp, portable mini gas hotplate for cooking, varoius chinese hanging charms etc that ward off the negative, incense, etc ...is now on need of repair.
This I will do as soon as I can afford it hopefully before summer arrives.
This for me though may be difficult as I am an individual of little / no income.
Although, I am at the momment in the process of submitting for a rather large Graphic design project that if goes ahead will pay well. The problem here is that I have to make a choice between repairing my van or further funding my current Blues CD project due for release next year. Damn, what do I do ?
As I see it summer will have passed with me being stuck up here with Perth's usual flat, hot summer.
Be assured Bakes 11 if fortuatous fate happens to wing my way in the form of $,
I will immediately have my van repaired. I don't need that much - about $300 - $400. I even tried training for a local company as a driver but my loving wife made me quit - reckons it would've wrecked me. No doubt she's probably right.
How about I turn my van into the Sea Breeze Surf Cab and give any sea Breeze surfers a lift down South every Friday night for the summer weekends for $30 a pop each. Donations towards the cause anyone ? I'll rip out the bed and replace it with extra rear seats I'll get from the wrecker. ...

mmm could work ?
I'll take one in the front and 2 to 4 in the back. and provide good healthy food for all.
