Slept in a swag Sat night at Prev with my son. Woke up and walked down at 7;20 and the level of surfing was great. Its a long way out but still really different in real time, instead of the big screen

I was stunned at the amount of people watching. Id suggest most would have zero clue about surfing but were just watching for the entertainment. (Im not saying thats bad, i just felt it was my interpretation). Loads of Euros and some rather tidy looking scantily clad ladies

Watching the locals surf and tow the other breaks was just as entertaining. I will say its eye opening that paddle, respect for the guys that were paddling from the bay out the back, id suggest id make it out once and that would be me. Anyway id suggest anyone wanting to go watch the event in person to do so..
