The board is too loose, or the fin is loose in the fin-box?

If the board is too loose, put in bigger fins.

If the fin is loose in the box, put some shims in.

No the board is too loose the back end slides out. Is it best to just put a bigger fin in the middle or do all three?

I'd do all three.

If you give us a few details, we might be able to figure out what sort of fins you need.

- Your height/weight
- Board size (width, length, thickness)
- The size and type of waves you are surfing in.

Board shape can make a big difference to. What sort of tail does your board have.

And put larger fins in, that will help. Do all 3 fins.
