At 6.30 this morning i was pulling up and guys were already out

If I told you Epdog, would I find you sniffing around my front yard waiting for me to leave? As long as you make the bed, do the dishes help the kids with HOMEWORK, I'll be out at 7:30. You might find me taking the rubbish to the tip first.

Sunrise is 7:13am. Civil twilight start is half an hour prior (unless there is cloud cover). Any earlier is dark.
