Is the access to Derrs getting worse?? Can anyone tell me is it private land that we are using to get in there? Will it get to the point that we will have to walk their?

I believe Bondie sold it to the Japanese in the 1980's ????

They can move the fence if they like, fine my car for parking up the top, but the reef aint goin anywhere!!!!

Accept for the access has to be one of the best local waves once the swell goes ova 2.5m, I have surfed the place for 19 years now and neva get sick of those long walls!!

That's about the only wave I haven't surfed as yet.
I took my Quicksilver inflatable boat up there a few years ago and went from the Two Rocks Marina.
Bummer... I got nailed by a big one as I was trying to anchor and got horribly beached , boat and all !! I had to row all the way back to the Marina.
The outboard conked out.
How embarrasing. I hadn't had the boat very long.
...We learn - sometimes the hard way. Looks like a really nice wave.
I'll get up there this winter I hope.

went up there a week ago and looks as if they are tar-cealing part of, or all of, the track :(:( which tends to lead to more crowd.
