Another one of these would be the go, minus the deaths of course..

Would soon sort out the dune reclamation and lackluster banks around Perth. Those of you from your late 30's onwards would remember the way Perth waves used to be. Floreat was breaking 100+m out after Alby.

Bit of rain would be nice to wash off all the dust from the desert. Only summer swell we'll see if we get anything out of Bianca

And the Floreat surf club almost fell into the water as a result!

Dont despair, there is a cyclone off the East Coast as well, should be some good swell as a result

Bianca delivered this morning and bought some waves out of their hiding spots
N.W. swell today...normally not a ridable wave at this beach.

A small handful of 'in the know' locals enjoyed the direct benefits of ex tropical cyclone Bianca...., that being some very rare west swells (+N/E winds) hitting a certain 'down south' beachy. They enjoyed some very long right hand walls and 'speed run' smoking barrels..., waves were winding south along the beach. It was only 1.5 -2 mtrs..., but was just like some northern NSW point break unwinding along the beach...., until about 2 pm when the wind turned S/E and chopped it up a bit.

Where is Mitchell Rock ?

Is it per chance 'down south'..., specifically is it near to Joeys Nose ?
