Other than going for a surf at Cocos we didnt wind up getting any waves. The T.C. kind of made getting to Bali quickly priority number one. We timed it well as literally hours after we got onto our mooring in Serangang the conditions became atrocious and we heard other boats on the radio saying they were stuck out at sea and couldn't get in.
Conditions in Bali were 5hit so there were no waves and given the hectic nature of the sailing trip, I didn't have the energy or desire to go island hoping so I jumped on the next flight home.

I'll probably just go back in a month or so.

Ha mate, one of our fish was close to being taxed by a sizable tiger shark. Spearfishing on a natural FAD in +5km deep water in the middle of nowhere...first time in my life where I was genuinely contemplating the probability of being nailed by a shark.
