Hi people,

Just a little intro, I work at the airport I see people coming home from holidays every day I work But the most recent tragedy is the overpopulation of Bali now, there are so many airlines already bidding for the populace of West Aussies to travel to Indo Virgin Blue, Air Asia, Garuda, Jetstar etc etc...

But to throw into the mix is something great for airfares for cheap surfaris...

oh ho ho! So hopefully, Air Asia will have to compete with Strategic Aviation to maintain positive income by lowering seat prices...

And to throw in the mix SkyWest are also planning to join in the fun.



I know its a lot of boring Reading but it means that one day, a return flight to bali will cost you less than the fuel it costs to get to and from Triggs.
At the moment, Air Asia is winning with seats selling at $300 return if booked 3 months in advance.

Hmmm Qantas seems to be doing the worst in terms of maintenance at the mo. They're contracting all of their engineers out to China to learn their ways (which are faster and more economical- but at a much lower standard).

I Hear that Fiji has some good spots and flights are cheap... its just getting past the miltary coups and isolated resort islands.
