Green Garden on Jalan Jengala (off Jalan Segara) in Tuban is my favourite close to airport spot...note there's another one, same owner on Jalan Kartika which is fairly easy to get to as well & fine if your just sleeping over before your next flight. The Jalan Segara Green Garden is over the road from the boats out to the reefs if you've got time to sneak a surf in before your flight

Can also recommend Samudra Homestay in Gang Samudra off Jl Kartika about 5 mins from airport. Big clean rooms with A/C and wifi. Locally owned and operated.
