Had great waves the last 3 days at one of those WA secret spots

^^^ Never heard of them places, they must be amazing lol...no just next door to our local, roughly 50 paddles away to the South. Had it with just 3 other guys on 666'ers & all sharing, well one guy was struggling...but yeah good fun for 90 mins before a bunch of people realized the predicted Northerlies weren't there until about 20mins after they got there

Ok but coz my thighs were already burning this morning before I went for another thigh burner haha...I think its coz I rode the MaL all summer & have been riding the new Mardi Gra for the last 3 days. Its a lot more strenuous on your leg muscles...but anyway hope its going off for ya tomorrow

Vanders this place is the same place we watched to comp mate.

It takes a few things for it to deliver the perfection of LM.

The more you guys go there the more waves I'll get at LM

But mac you dont even sit in the good peaks at lm.just chaaing scraps. Your hp would have loved you long time if you took her somewhere nice for a change

That was not meant to sound mean mate. My point was no amount of perfect waves can justify surfing on such a clusterphuck known as lm. It is time for us to explore and have fun waves without the aggro and danger. Yes the splice would have loved today

I hope you guys leave some waves for a wave starved bloke coming your way for an Anzac Day longboard comp. I have had probably 3 decent surfs in 6 months ARGGH!!! Looking forward to hitting my old hometown, minus the traffic.

wellll Pffffft I had southerly affected lumps at 730am .... then hughbert decended his loving hand and calmed things for an hour or two straighted up and tomoz looks the shizzen by the looks - got heaps only 10 out total until I left

Hey Boof, hope all is well mate. I am still loving the 'Big Red' and hopefully using it in the comp. It's at Burleigh Point mate, I was lucky enough to get an opportunity to go in the Burleigh Longboarders comp. As an ex Vet I am very excited to go in a comp and hopefully represent all Diggers on Anzac Day. I have always thought of it as a great honour to have the right to surf on Anzac Day given to us by the Diggers, a freedom I cherish. Thanks for the offer of a board Boof, but I am driving up and bringing quite a quiver lol. SB(8ft), LB x 2 and a SUP.

Thanks Boof, hopefully we can catch up for a surf, I will be there Monday 22nd to Friday 26th and will surf mornings and arvo's if possible.
