I'm currently in the mind set that my Noserider is too much to handle.
10 x 23 1/2 x 3 1/4.
I'm coming to the conclusion that I'll never be a log type of surfer its
not indented into the way I surf and no matter how many times I tell
myself slow every thing down I just want to attack. Its a beast to log
around and its a whole lot of board in the water.

The mind is saying 9.8 x 23 1/4 x 3 1/8 or 1/4 box with side bites.I believe
this is more suited to my skill style set.

PICS! ! !

I have begun to fall into the mindset of wanting a longer log to add to my quiver - I have a 9.6 and am thinking a 10 or 10.2 dedicated noserider.

I am a bigger bopper so carrying things around is not too much of a problem for me.

I think 9'8 is an ideal log length, much bigger and you may as well take a paddle out with ya

Are you saying a 9.8 log would suit or are those the dims you like for your allrounder?

Just sell the ten footer, unless your a big guy 10 foot maybe too big.

Thanks for feed back so far.

McH 10 in length not so bad but the rocker and the other two dims are big and I'm a big guy.
I would go for the FB square tail which has the rocker I love the NR rocker is too flat for my
surfing/skill.

The 908 will have a nice down the line flow I would think.

First on the agenda is a new stick for Macaha.
We'll be running through various reasons why he should get one.
The floor is now open for discussion...

G'day, Macaha, personally, I've never seen the need to go bigger than 9'6" but personal preference....so....my thought....9'6" x 23 1/4" x 3 1/4...not too sure about the side bites...I prefer a single for this board & unless you a crazy noserider play around with smaller fins 8" with a larger tip....gives a looser feel, I have fin like this, feels great & still noserides well.
Anyway....go get 'em

i don't get this Mac

you know what a ten footer surfs like the conditions its best used in style of surfing deeded.

please don't say its some lame excuse to buy another board...

just go and buy another board……and please keep the ten footer

the way i look at it.
nothing better surfing small hip high waves on a 10ft board ,just don't try throwing the thing around, work on timing trim and enjoy the flow.
IMOH its like blokes on shortboards 666 mini mals or even longboards on small waves trying to do to much…looking like they had 15 red bulls
and ready for the straight jacket.

thats my 5c

Lacey I would not waist the gentlmen who grace this room by jerking them around.

Side bites are where I'm at training wheels perhaps.
