Just had confirmation that Zane will be making it down to Perth for the Stand Up Surf Shop King of the Cut.

SUP racer have graded this event a 5 star SUP event and with the big names - Travis Grant, Beau O'Brian, Paul Jackson, Angie Jackson, Jake Jenson, Lincoln Dews, Karla Gilbert, Terrene Black (to name a few), there will be world championship points allocated to this event.

$5000 for first male 14' and $3500 for first female 14'

been busy fixing up the f-16 after last years carnage in the shore break,will hope fully have a couple of gero crew coming down , wind permitting.have been getting some good 25kn+ days up here Kims been flying on the new falcon both of us doing sub 5 min /kms,Gleno has just picked up a hollow moulded f-16 , hope fully dosnt sink it.

I think you'll see a few SIC unlimited's this year. I'll be paddling the new SIC F-16. Not looking for a podium, just looking for some epic runners.

Even if it isn't blowing dogs on race day Stand Up Surf Shop is offering a shuttle service for the week between the Dr and KOTC so that everyone should get at least one run to its full potential.

Ha! I see they've changed that article. Used to be 3 SUP events you can't miss and yet none of them had the appeal of King of the Cut - the only genuine SUP event out of the lot, and they only real bucket list event in Australia.
