2 paddles 2 sizes, which one would you use in a DWer? I have used both and have my opinion interested in yours!

Yes it's upside down!

Shorter one.....unless it is really blowin and you don't need to paddle too much or too hard to get into the bumps

on the paddle advice, take the adjustable one and change the length during the DWinder

On the upside down photo, it was doing my head in LOL

I'd be using the fixed length paddle for DWers.

After yesterday's DW run using the Fanatic I would have to agree I think???? The Fanatic has a bigger surface area and I had a lot of trouble trying to paddle quickly to catch runners. The reason I wanted to try it was to see if it helped me get more pace on the water to again catch more runner, but my ability to do quick repeat strokes was hindered.
The Naish paddle allows me to do quick repeat paddles but I thought the lack of surface area may not get me as much forward motion. Either way I have come to the conclusion that not catching runners is my lack of experience in reading the bay and in time it will improve and I will stick to the Naish because in flat water I can get a good head of steam up!
The biggest thing I did find yesterday was I did not bend my knees enough when paddling hard, the more I bent them the straighter my back was and the better I seemed to go!! Practice practice practice!!!!
